Braided Cords & Elastics

The method of weaving is the regular interlocking of several strands of synthetic and/or natural threads understood. Unlike weaving, here the threads are not processed at right angles but crosswise.

Today We develop and produce flat braids (strands) and round braids (cords/ rubber cables) in various forms for a wide variety of applications, such as elastic strands with elastomers, but also light-elastic strands that do not require an elastomer component and their elasticity is due solely to the method of production.

These strands, flat or tubular, have soft edges and become narrower under tension.

As with the strands, the degree of elasticity with cords also varies with the proportion of elastomer. WE produce round, square, oval and also flat cords in elastic (with elastomer) as well as slightly elastic (without elastomer component).

The cord surface can be made of various materials - oriented to the application area - for example, be soft, hard or particularly resistant to abrasion.

Rubber cables OR cords from our production have a soul made of latex threads. Their condition is determined and defined depending on the intended use to a predefined force or stretching behavior.

The latex core threads enter the braid with considerable tension.

The rubber cord is made in fully stretched condition and shortens with the leakage from the machine to its original length. The double braid forms a soft and reliable surface protection of the elastic core against external influences. WE produce and supply braids for every purpose.

Narrow Woven & Knitted

We develop and produce Woven & knitted elastics for a variety of applications and supply an extremely broad range of customers from a wide range of industrial sectors. The product range in knitted elastics" in a width of up to 100 mm and in woven elastics "in a width of up to 125mm.

We produce both full-surface and individually perforated elastics, which are provided with holes in individual sizes.
